I've been involved in cold calling sales, marketing and business development for over 15 years now, and during that time I've implemented all sorts of strategies in the past to stimulate sales. Some of them worked very well, others were complete failures.
The interesting thing that I discovered during this time is the more natural you connect with prospects and clients, the more you come across as authentic and develop trust and the less you appear as a "salesperson" with a hidden agenda.
It's this hidden agenda when doing a cold call that makes the whole process so uncomfortable for both you (the salesperson) and the prospect. When you try and create a linear sales process, the whole thing seems to go awry and you "lose the sale", sometimes forever!
That's why I've developed my own way of approaching people in all scenarios of life not just sales, and I call it "natural cold calling" and I hope that it helps you immensely.
