You know, I was sitting here this morning on the 28th of May, 2010 and wondering how on earth I was going to overcome a problem with one of the many businesses that I run online.

I was reading many emails coming in from a project management team and busily replying... "Natter, natter, natter" went the keyboard in response to their emails...

Now I know that this is not your normal internet marketing related post, but it's one that is MUCH more important than any business related topic, this is about being TOUGH in your life...

What happened next was the sound of a "Bing Bong" in my Outlook inbox, and I saw a video from a man who completely "CHANGED" my perspective as I'm sure he will you too.
